an excellent match of simple graphics, good concept and a decent sense of humor.
its a great fun to get it to bounce around. Really tough with a lack of continue but after a little bit of experimentation I think that is part of what makes it great.

First off, although I suspect that the intent was to make me go 'err, unappetizing' I generally just got hungry while playing this.

Its a nice twist on the original cooking with mamma concept, it made me laugh through the mini games and I have to say I kind of agree with animals being treated better, but this is generally because I've found that well treated and happy animals make for better more delicious eating.

Ah you beat me to using the bitmap data and scale to create a retrostyle game. Ah well great implementing, but I think it is a little bit slow to start with.

good design though, slick interface, easy to follow and play, looks like it has a good three or five hours of game play in it

seriously? what I didn't see that looked like it had been done with tracing over some other piece of video was spastic with no form of continuity from one frame to the other.

The amount of work is impressive but the rushed nature of it completely undermines the effort.

It would have been better if you had scaled back the project and worked more on keeping the animation clean and consistent.

Too often there are games that are pretty but run like shit, run great but nothing to look at or succeed at both but are just plain boring.

You sir have succeeded at avoiding all three and I also am very pleased with this as a 'sequal' to sleepless knight, its a great game, I look towards forward to the next one!
